FRAGRANCE DESCRIPTION: Youth Dew Perfume by Estee Lauder, Youth Dew is an oriental spicy fragrance for women. Originally launched in 1953, the scent brings together spicy, balsamic, woody, earthy, powdery and aromatic accords packaged in a sophisticated dark amber glass flacon embellished with a small golden bow. Designed by Josephine Catapano, it opens with notes of narcissus, lavender, peach and aldehydes enhanced by spices, orange, bergamot. The middle notes blend cinnamon, cloves and cassia, a spicy cinnamon-like bark with earthy undertones, before working in a bouquet of jasmine, orchid, ylang-ylang, rose and lily-of-the-valley. Finally, oakmoss and vetiver team up with patchouli musk, amber and vanilla before Tolu balsam and Peru balsam, both of which lend a warm, amber-like feel to the perfume.
